Tartufo

A cream base thick as velvet, laced with truffle oil that hits the moment it lands. Mushrooms caramelised in the wood-fired heat. Fior di latte pulling into golden pools. Parmesan shaved so fine it dissolves on the tongue. Earthy. Decadent. Unforgettable.

Diavola

San Marzano tomatoes reduced to a sweetness that cuts through the heat. Spicy salami, rendered crisp at the edges, releasing ribbons of oil across the pie. Basil torn raw over the top. Each bite a battle between sweet, spice, and char. This is the one that makes you order another.
